As a Black Woman-owned business, we celebrate and honor Black History and Culture. As a Sociologist, Dr. Chanel has taught Cultural Diversity, Race & Ethnicity, and Women's Studies courses (Race, Class and Gender, etc.) and workshops while integrating the arts. She is also certified in Equity and Culturally Responsive Teaching.

Celebrate culture with movement! Dr. Chanel will dance while leading the processional for your Black Graduation ceremony. Or book a cultural dance. We also offer dance services for various types of graduations and commencement ceremonies.
Celebrate Black History Month
We offer services for Black History Month and cultural events. Book Shanae Arts to dance at your event, teach a dance, workshop, or speaker. Offerings: African Dance, Cultural Dance, "Liturgical Dance and its role in Black Culture" (Teaching & Movement Workshop), and Culture & Art Interactive Workshop.
