Guided breathing exercises, breath prayers (guided by scriptures) and/or affirmations, stretching for mobility and flexibility, and low impact exercise. The session can be done from a chair, mat, or standing. In Person and Virtual/Online. Personal, group, and workplace sessions available.
Assisted stretching is a hands on approach where the stretch coach will assist in stretching and moving your body.
An assessment is completed by each client for safety and to ensure the proper program is created.
The stretch coach creates personalized stretching programs to prevent injury, increase flexibility and mobility, improve body alignment, and help with the body movement of clients. The stretch coach is an expert in progressing individuals to peak stretching performance.
The session may include passive and active stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofasical release (self and guided), and dynamic stretching techniques.
