Shanae Arts Community Programs (SACP) & Wellness

Shanae Arts Community Programs for schools, colleges, church, hospitals, social services, and more

Mission of Shanae Arts Community Programs

The mission of Shanae Arts Community Programs is to share the art of dance with youth and adults. Through our school and community programs, we encourage individuals to engage in self expression, life experiences, and cultural diversity through the art of dance. We believe in creating wellness through dance and fitness. 

Who do we collaborate with?

SACP works with educational institutions including P-12 and Higher Education institutions, churches, social service agencies, senior living facilities, non-profits, corporate companies, and more. 


SACP offers consultations to create plans that meet the creative needs of the organization and community. 


Some of SACP past performances include: Shields for Families, New Economics for Women, Ascension Lutheran Church Summer Arts, Compton HS Girls Club, CSU Summer Algebra Institute, Da Vinci Schools, LA Southwest College, Holman UMC - Saturday School for African American History/Freedom School, and more.

Wellness at Work

Wellness is a business decision. Movement is an important factor to learning. Does your business need to apply breathing exercises, stretching, and movement as a business plan? Are you seeking ways to apply wellness, stress reduction, and meditation into your workplace? 


Shanae Arts Wellness offers virtual and in person sessions to meet the Wellness needs of your organization. 30 min, 50 min, 1 hr 30 min. Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly. 


Breathe and Stretch Session - Breathing exercises, Breath Prayers and/or Affirmations, Stretching. Sessions can be done from a chair, mat, or standing.


Dance & Movement - Dancing, movement and rhythmic flow. Movement that supports the body and health.


Fitness - Movement that supports the body and health. 


Certified Fitness Trainer & Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach (National Academy of Sports Medicine - NASM)


Stress Management - Stress awareness, learn strategies to build resilience, and stress reducing strategies.
