The mission of Shanae Arts Community Programs is to share the art of dance with youth and adults. Through our school and community programs, we encourage individuals to engage in self expression, life experiences, and cultural diversity through the art of dance. We believe in creating wellness through dance and fitness.
SACP works with educational institutions including P-12 and Higher Education institutions, churches, social service agencies, senior living facilities, non-profits, corporate companies, and more.
SACP offers consultations to create plans that meet the creative needs of the organization and community.
Some of SACP past performances include: Shields for Families, New Economics for Women, Da Vinci Schools, LA Southwest College, Holman United Methodist Church, and more.
Wellness is a business decision. Movement is an important factor to learning. Does your business need to apply breathing exercises, stretching, and movement as a business plan? Are you seeking ways to apply wellness, stress reduction, and meditation into your workplace?
Shanae Arts Wellness offers virtual and in person sessions to meet the Wellness needs of your organization. 30 min, 50 min, 1 hr 30 min. Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly.
Breathe and Stretch Session - Breathing exercises, Breath Prayers and/or Affirmations, Stretching. Sessions can be done from a chair, mat, or standing.
Dance & Movement - Dancing, movement and rhythmic flow. Movement that supports the body and health.
Fitness - Movement that supports the body and health.
